1. Acceptance

Using desktheory.in means you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

2. Orders

We may cancel an order if we've made a pricing error, run out of stock, or suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you get a full refund within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Pricing

Prices are in INR and include taxes. We may change prices for future orders. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Intellectual property

Our original designs, photography and copy on desktheory.in belong to Desk Theory. Please don't reproduce or redistribute them without asking us first.

5. Use of the site

No scraping, no bulk-ordering bots, no attempts to break into the site or get at other people's data.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Desk Theory isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or our products. Our maximum liability is what you paid for the order in question.

7. Governing law

Indian law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the courts in India.
