When will it arrive?
Every order ships in 3 to 6 business days, tracked, and shipping is free anywhere in India.
Why prepaid only?
Every order is paid upfront by UPI, card or netbanking. We don't take cash on delivery, and that is why shipping is free across India.
Can I return it?
Yes. Every order has 7 days from delivery for a return or replacement: damaged, wrong, or it just doesn't fit your desk. Send one message on WhatsApp or email with your order number and we sort it out.
If it arrived damaged, a quick phone photo helps. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Which size fits my desk?
- M is 279 × 584 mm, for a laptop and mouse.
- L is 300 × 800 mm, for a keyboard and mouse.
- XL is 420 × 900 mm, for a keyboard, mouse and monitor base.
The size guide draws all three to scale next to a keyboard, with table sizes in feet. If you're unsure, send us your desk on WhatsApp and we'll match it for free.
What is it made of?
- Top: smooth-finish polyester. Soft, wipeable, low glare under monitors and lamps.
- Base: 3 mm natural rubber. Grips glass, wood and laminate, and holds its shape.
- Edge: heat-sealed stitching. Won't fray or peel, and sits flush against the desk.
It arrived curled. Is that normal?
Yes. Every mat travels rolled in a reused-board tube, so a curl on day one is the tube, not a defect. Lay it flat for 24 hours. If it still curls after a week, we replace it.
How do I clean it?
- Wipe with a damp microfibre cloth and let it dry flat.
- For deeper cleans, use mild soap and lukewarm water. No bleach, no harsh solvents.
- Keep it out of long, direct sunlight so the print stays bright.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We're a small studio and want shipping to be reliable before we open it up. Drop us a line if you want us to ping you when we do.
