Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in India. We don't ship outside India yet.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. Orders are prepaid by UPI, card or netbanking. We don't take cash on delivery.

Delivery time

Every order ships in 3 to 6 business days, tracked. You get a tracking link when it leaves the studio.

Lost or stuck shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, message us and we open a courier investigation. If it isn't resolved in another 7 days, we ship a replacement or refund you, your choice.

Wrong address

WhatsApp us within 6 hours of ordering and we can change the address before dispatch. After dispatch we work with the courier, but we can't guarantee a redirect.
